ENDI GUIDE

First checks when a reefer is not performing as expected

Safe operational checks before contacting a technician—without opening electrical or refrigeration systems.

Check display and alarms

Record set point, actual temperature and alarm code. A clear photo helps diagnosis.

Confirm external power supply

Only inspect external connections permitted by site procedures. Do not open panels or perform electrical work without qualification.

Check airflow and doors

Confirm air openings are clear, cargo is arranged correctly and doors and seals are closed.

Document before changing settings

Avoid multiple changes in sequence. Record the condition, time and actions, then contact qualified service personnel.

Safety: Do not open electrical panels, remove guards or service refrigeration components without proper qualification and equipment.
