Last updated: 24 August 2026
Welcome to the website of ENDI AIR LTD (“ENDI” or the “Company”). Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, or ordering of services is subject to these terms. If these terms conflict with a quotation, work order, or agreement signed with a customer, the specific commercial document will prevail.
1. Company and contact details
ENDI AIR LTD, 10 HaHayalim St., Bitzaron 6094600, Israel. Telephone: 03-3751928. Email: info@endi.co.il.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about the Company’s services, monitoring and control systems, reefer-container services, surveying and inspections, and laboratory services. It is not a quotation, a commitment to perform work, professional advice for a specific case, or a substitute for inspection, specification, or individual consultation.
3. Quotations and service orders
A commercial quotation is intended solely for its named recipient. It may not be transferred to a third party or used commercially without ENDI’s prior written approval. Scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and payment terms are determined by the approved quotation or work order.
4. Laboratory and calibration services
Laboratory and calibration activities are performed under the quality procedures and professional requirements applicable to the service. Where a quotation, certificate, or engagement document expressly refers to ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation, or a recognized scope, that reference applies only to the activity and scope stated in that document and is not a blanket representation concerning all Company services.
5. Customer responsibilities and site readiness
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, safe access, suitable site and equipment preparation, and the condition of infrastructure under its control, including electrical systems, compressors, sensors, and supporting instruments. Risks, access restrictions, and special conditions must be disclosed in advance.
6. Validity of results, reports, and certificates
Results, reports, and certificates reflect the equipment and conditions at the time and within the scope of the work performed. Their validity may be affected by environmental change, transport, maintenance, use, repair, or configuration changes. They do not guarantee future performance.
7. Misuse and subsequent changes
ENDI is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to instructions, inadequate maintenance, incomplete or incorrect customer information, or equipment changes made after inspection, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENDI will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of data, business interruption, loss of profit, or equipment damage arising from reliance on general website information or use of a deliverable outside its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for bodily injury or wilful misconduct.
9. Intellectual property and customer data
Customers retain their rights in data and documents they provide. ENDI retains its rights in methods, templates, software, design, professional knowledge, and materials owned before the engagement or developed for general use. Reports and certificates are supplied for their intended purpose and must not be altered, presented misleadingly, or stripped of identifying details. They may be provided to a competent authority or intended recipient in accordance with their purpose.
10. Privacy and website inquiries
Information submitted through website forms is used to handle inquiries, make contact, prepare quotations, and provide services. Users should not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. Information will be retained and processed according to applicable law and the Company’s operational and legal needs.
11. External links and systems
The website may link to external websites or systems. Their use is subject to the relevant operator’s terms and policies, and ENDI is not responsible for content or availability outside its control.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to mandatory law, disputes will be heard by the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District.
13. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the website at the time of use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
